Have fun, embrace your feminine spirit, and get fit while learning shimmies, figure eights, undulations, and more. All levels from complete beginner to advanced bellydance offered. LADIES LATIN & BRAZILIAN DANCE Have a blast learning the fancy footwork and hot hips of salsa, merengue, bachata, cha-cha-cha, samba, lambada, axe, and more! No partner work - ladies only. COUPLES LATIN DANCE Learn Salsa, Merengue, Bachata, and ChaCha in partners - bring your own partner or come on your own and dance with others! DANCE FIT WORKOUT Have fun and get fit! This class is a mix of bodyweight strength training and fun follow-along dancing including Bellydance, Latin dance, Brazilian dance, and more! BOOT CAMP WORKOUT Come and get super-fit in this fun and challenging workout class! There will be the perfect mixture of fat-blasting cardio and body sculpting strength intervals! ALL STRENGTH/LEARN TO LIFT Intimidated by the weight area in the gym? Always wanted to Learn how to lift weights and reap the magical benefits including fat loss, body sculpting, strength, energy, and more! Personal Training in a small group. Beginners encouraged and welcome! KIDS & TEENS LATIN DANCE Classes will teach kids aged 8 - 16 salsa, merengue, cha-cha, bachata, and reggaeton. Each class is 45-minutes and includes a warm-up, dance technique/movement instruction, choreography work, practise, and a cool-down. Once children know routines, there will be various opportunities to perform as a dance troupe at community events, festivals, and showcases if interested!
