LATIN DANCE Come with a partner or solo and have a blast learning the fancy footwork and hot hips of salsa, merengue, bachata, and cha-cha-cha! MULTI-LEVEL HIPS A mixture of bellydance & Latin dances are taught in this hip-intensive party of a class as well as choreographies! BOOT CAMP WORKOUT Come and get super-fit in this fun and challenging workout class! There will be the perfect mixture of fat-blasting cardio and body sculpting strength intervals! ALL STRENGTH/LEARN TO LIFT Intimidated by the weight area in the gym? Always wanted to Learn how to lift weights and reap the magical benefits including fat loss, body sculpting, strength, energy, and more! Personal Training in a small group. Beginners encouraged and welcome! KIDS & TEENS LATIN DANCE Classes will teach kids aged 8 - 16 salsa, merengue, cha-cha, bachata, and reggaeton. Each class is 1-hour in length and includes a warm-up, dance technique/movement instruction, choreography work, practise, and a cool-down. Once children know routines, there will be various opportunities to perform as a dance troupe at community events, festivals, and showcases! |
